Women's Psychology For Seduction:

I am a new reader of your books of women's psychology and just finished the reading of first chapter. I was wondering how long the deep relaxation exercise should last. Must I after having done this excercise several months, then move to next chapter? How to evaluate the excercise? I may probably fall into sleep when doing it. How can I know this excercise works or not?
Another question is how to deal with the barrier I feel I have when it comes to the psychology of women. I always feel guilty when I want to seduce a woman I like, for I believe my behavior is vicious. for example, suppose I like a young girl and want to seduce her, what I want is no more than her body, but what she wants is more likely a nice guy, who can marry her in future. If she is serious and really falls in love with me, but that is not what I want.
What should I do? for another example, I like a lady very much, but she has been married. Is it appropriate for me to seduce her just because I like her? In such situation, I cannot be playful, but feel guilty. What would you do in those two cases of women's psychology?
Do the relaxation exercise for 10 minutes as preparation for doing any of the other exercises. The relaxation exercise helps you practice being in a relaxed state so you can be more comfortable around girls as well.
As for feeling guilty or having a barrier with the psychology of women, don't look at talking to women as getting into their pants. Give the a good experience talking with you that will make them smile, brighten up, and perhaps even being a better person for having met you.
IF they're the kind of person who has an abusive, dumb-ass loser husband, you might be just what they're looking for... and if you make them feel good states they'll begin to seduce YOU.
Always look at seduction not just as getting sex but as leaving the girl better off than when you first met her. This is a good position to take when tackling the psychology of women.
